About C-Esium

C-Esium designs and delivers custom internal business software, with artificial intelligence built in from the first version, for SMEs and mid-sized companies in every sector. The client owns its software — code, data and documentation — with no per-user licence and no dependence on a software vendor. C-Esium is a brand of SINEO SAS, a French company founded on 14 April 2025, whose three partners are based near Lyon, France, and serve clients in France and the United Arab Emirates. In the United Arab Emirates, C-Esium projects are contracted and invoiced in AED by SCALEUP FORGE WEB - FZCO.

Why C-Esium exists

Your internal software is your system of record, and it belongs to you. AI is the layer of intelligence plugged into it. That is the framework of all our projects.

In many SMEs and mid-sized companies, a single case goes through several tools: business software, spreadsheets, emails, messaging apps, sometimes sticky notes. Each step is a chance for re-keying, waiting or an error — and that is where part of the margin is lost.

Adding AI assistant licences does not solve this: an assistant with no access to the company’s data cannot say where a job stands, or which quotes have been waiting for an answer for more than 15 days. So C-Esium starts from the tool: internal software built around your real processes, which becomes your system of record, then AI plugged into its data — reports written from voice notes, a copilot that answers on the real business, data you can query from Claude or ChatGPT through a read-only, logged MCP connector.

For whom? SMEs and mid-sized companies in every sector — services, industry, construction, health and social care — from about ten to a few hundred employees, whose processes do not fit standard software. A focused project starts from AED 40,000; a complete internal software from AED 200,000 (excluding VAT). Our reference project is in services (Tech-O, a multi-branch water-leak detection network in France), the case study we publish in detail; the same approach applies to construction, industry, and health and social care.

A system of record

A single source of truth, from the customer request to payment: CRM, quotes, jobs or sites, scheduling, purchasing, invoicing, reporting.

That belongs to you

The rights to the project source code are assigned to you by contract, together with the database and the documentation. No per-user licence, no dependence on a software vendor.

AI plugged into it

From V1: dictated reports, a copilot on your data, access from Claude or ChatGPT, read-only and logged.

The team: three partners, three roles

Internal software succeeds when three things hold together: the technology, the client relationship and adoption by the teams. Each has its own lead.

Noé Fantino

Founder

Leads the method, the assessment and the technical delivery. Background in software engineering and in organising operations in SMEs.

On your project: the assessment, scoping, build and technical delivery. He has also developed other software and mobile apps.

Jean-Philippe Diez

Partner — sales director

Leads sales strategy and client relations. Background in sales management, marketing and contracts in aerospace and in digital and industrial transformation.

On your project: your contact for client relations and commercial follow-up.

Cyrille Fantino

Partner — change management

Supports business owners and teams through the roll-out within the organisation. Background as an interim manager, provisional administrator and consultant.

On your project: change management — internal champions, working groups, adoption of the tool by the teams.

The method in 5 steps

Each step produces a concrete deliverable: no six-month tunnel, you see the tool grow. It all starts with a 30-minute call, free and with no commitment. A V1 on a focused scope in 1 to 2 months; a complete software from 6 months to more than a year, delivered in batches.

  1. 1. Assessment workshop

A half-day workshop, on your site or by video: the real journey of a case, from the incoming call to the invoice, the tools used or abandoned, the friction and the lost margin (re-keying, waiting, errors, reminders).

  2. 2. Scoping and firm quote

A document handed over: a map of the current journey, friction quantified in time, the target scope, integrations, a roadmap by phases and a firm quote. You then decide whether or not to launch the project.

  3. 3. Build in sprints

Short sprints and a demo every two weeks: mock-ups you see, try and correct, with your feedback gathered in C-Esium Space, the project space.

  4. 4. Delivery and transfer of ownership

The rights to the project source code are assigned to you; the code, data and documentation are transferred to you, with a Git repository in your name. A smooth switch-over: your current tools stay in place in parallel, for safety.

  5. 5. Training and support

Training for every user, support after roll-out, then optional maintenance. C-Esium Space becomes the support channel.

Payment in milestones: kick-off, mock-ups, screen approval, delivery. A focused project starts from AED 40,000 and a complete internal software from AED 200,000, excluding VAT — see the pricing guidelines.

The method in detail, step by step

Change management, from day one

Software that teams work around is useless. Change management is led by Cyrille Fantino, interim manager, provisional administrator and consultant. It starts during the build, not after delivery.

The four risks we handle

Automating a broken process

Computerising a badly designed circuit makes it faster, not better. The process is reviewed before it is built into the tool.

Resistance and workarounds

Double entry, parallel practices, a spreadsheet kept “just in case”: all signs that a tool has not been adopted.

Quality of input data

Software is only as good as what is entered into it. Data quality is handled within the project, with business rules built into the tool.

Unanticipated human impact

A new tool changes roles and habits. That impact is prepared with the people concerned, not after go-live.

An approach in three stages

  1. 01

    During the build

    • Mapping of the processes, current and target.
    • Identification of the organisational bottlenecks.
    • Writing down the business rules.
  2. 02

    During roll-out

    • Internal champions in the teams.
    • Short working groups, with immediate deliverables.
    • Redesign of the approval circuits.
  3. 03

    After go-live

    • Adjustments between the organisation and the solution.
    • Consolidation of the procedures.
    • A review, then a handover of autonomy to your teams.

We meet every profile: those who are happy with the current tools, those who work with sticky notes, those who have had enough. Each has their reasons to embrace or resist the change, and the tool has to work for all of them.

“What if something happens to you?” Your software stays yours

It is the right question to ask a team of three partners. If C-Esium disappeared, your software would remain yours, and another developer could take it over. This answer does not rest on a promise, but on what you have in your hands:

The code is in your name

The code is placed in a Git repository (GitHub or GitLab) in the client’s name, at the latest on delivery.

The documentation is delivered

Technical and functional documentation delivered: it describes what was built and how to evolve it.

A developer can take over

Skills transfer to an in-house developer or a third-party provider. Standard, widely used web technologies — TypeScript, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL: any web developer can take over the code.

Source code escrow, as an option

Source code escrow with a trusted third party (for example the APP, the French software protection agency), as an option.

The assignment of the rights to the code, with the database and the documentation, is a clause of the contract. What belongs to you, in detail.

Where is your software hosted?

For clients in the UAE, by default on AWS in its Middle East (UAE) Region, so the data stays in the country; a European region is possible on request. For clients in France, AWS in a European region or a European host. For health data, the arrangement is defined at scoping.

AWS, Middle East (UAE) Region

For clients in the UAE, by default: AWS (Amazon Web Services) in its Middle East (UAE) Region, so the data stays in the country. A European region is possible on request.

For clients in France

For clients in France: AWS in a European region by default, for its value for money; if data sovereignty matters, a European host such as Infomaniak, in Switzerland.

Health data

Health data: the hosting arrangement is defined at scoping, in line with the applicable health-data rules.

By default, the hosting account is opened and paid for by C-Esium, then re-invoiced to the client; it can be opened in or transferred to your name at any time, on request. This section is about the software C-Esium delivers to its clients. The host of this website is given in the legal notice.

Frequently asked questions

Who is behind C-Esium?

Noé Fantino (founder, software engineering and organising operations in SMEs), Jean-Philippe Diez (partner, sales director) and Cyrille Fantino (partner, interim manager and change management). The team is based near Lyon, France, and serves clients in France and the United Arab Emirates. C-Esium is a brand of SINEO SAS (France).

Where is C-Esium based, and where do you work?

The C-Esium team is based near Lyon, France, and serves clients in France and the United Arab Emirates. C-Esium is a brand of SINEO SAS, whose registered office is at 20 rue Ponson Magnin, 69620 Val d'Oingt, France. In the United Arab Emirates, C-Esium projects are contracted and invoiced in AED by SCALEUP FORGE WEB - FZCO. The half-day assessment workshop takes place on your site or by video.

How does a project start?

With a 30-minute call, then a half-day assessment workshop — on site or by video — both free for a qualified project: nothing is invoiced before the project starts. During the workshop, we follow the real journey of a case, the tools used and the friction. You then receive a scoping document with the process map, the scope, the integrations, the roadmap and a firm quote.

What would happen to my software if C-Esium disappeared?

It would remain yours, and another developer could take it over. The code is in a Git repository in your name, the hosting account can be transferred to your name at any time, the technical and functional documentation is delivered, and the software is written with standard, widely used web technologies (TypeScript, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL) that any web developer can take over. C-Esium can train an in-house developer or a third-party provider, and offers source code escrow with a trusted third party as an option.

Who maintains the software after delivery?

You choose. C-Esium offers optional maintenance, as a monthly package. But because you own the code, you can also bring the day-to-day management of the software in-house — with a developer trained by C-Esium — or hand it to another provider.

Where is the software hosted?

For clients in the UAE, the software is hosted by default on AWS (Amazon Web Services) in its Middle East (UAE) Region, so the data stays in the country; a European region is possible on request. For clients in France, AWS in a European region is the default, or a European host such as Infomaniak, in Switzerland, if data sovereignty matters. By default, the hosting account is opened and paid for by C-Esium, then re-invoiced; it can be opened in or transferred to your name at any time, on request.
