Do you charge for the first call with C-Esium?
No. The first conversation with C-Esium is a 30-minute call with no commitment. For a qualified project, the first call and the half-day assessment workshop — on site or by video — are free: nothing is invoiced before the project starts. If off-the-shelf software is enough for your needs, we tell you.
What should we prepare before the first call?
Nothing is required. To save time, have in mind the size of the company, the tools you use today and what wastes your teams’ time: re-keying, reminders, errors. The journey of a case, from customer request to invoice, is the best starting point.
From what budget is a project possible?
With C-Esium, a focused project starts from AED 40,000 and a complete internal software from AED 200,000, excluding VAT (from €10,000 and €50,000 for clients in France). Beyond that there is no price grid: the 4-question estimate on this page suggests a starting point, and the exact price is set in a firm quote after the assessment.
Do you work with companies in the United Arab Emirates?
Yes. In the United Arab Emirates, C-Esium projects are contracted and invoiced in AED by SCALEUP FORGE WEB - FZCO (Dubai trade licence no. 70206, IFZA). Prices start from AED 40,000 for a focused project and AED 200,000 for a complete internal software, excluding VAT. By default, the software is hosted on AWS in its Middle East (UAE) Region, so the data stays in the country. The first call and the half-day assessment workshop take place on site or by video.
