Focused project

Can you start smaller? A focused software or AI project, from AED 40,000

Yes. C-Esium offers a focused project, from AED 40,000 excluding VAT (€10,000 in France): a single module as a V1, an AI connector on your current tools, automations between your tools or a mobile app for field teams. As with a complete software, you own the code, and the project can later grow into a complete internal software.

Four formats to start with

To start smaller: a focused project, from AED 40,000 — a single module as a V1, an AI connector on your current tools, automations between your tools or a mobile app for field teams. It can later grow into a complete internal software. The exact scope and price are set after the assessment, in a firm quote.

A single module as a V1

CRM, scheduling or quotes and invoicing: a first module delivered in 1 to 2 months, which can later grow into the complete software.

The complete software it can grow into

An AI connector on your current tools

Query your existing tools from ChatGPT or Claude, through a read-only, logged MCP connector, without changing software.

How the MCP connector works

Automations between your tools

Connect accounting, CRM, calendar and email to stop re-keying data.

A mobile app for field teams

A simple app for teams in the field: reports, photos, signatures.

Focused project or complete internal software: what is the difference?

Same ownership and same requirements; what changes is the scope, the starting price and the timeline.

What does not change with a smaller project

A focused project is not a cut-down offer: the same rules apply as for a complete software.

What a focused project keeps from a complete internal software
TopicWhat is provided
OwnershipThe client owns its software: C-Esium assigns to it by contract all rights to the project code — including the building blocks we reuse from one project to the next — together with the database and the documentation. No per-user licence, no dependence on a software vendor.
Source codeThe code is placed in a Git repository (GitHub or GitLab) in the client’s name, at the latest on delivery.
HostingFor clients in the UAE, by default: AWS (Amazon Web Services) in its Middle East (UAE) Region, so the data stays in the country. A European region is possible on request. For clients in France: AWS in a European region by default, for its value for money; if data sovereignty matters, a European host such as Infomaniak, in Switzerland. By default, the hosting account is opened and paid for by C-Esium, then re-invoiced to the client; it can be opened in or transferred to your name at any time, on request.
MaintenanceOptional maintenance, as a monthly package. Because the client owns the code, it can also bring the day-to-day management of the software in-house later, or hand it to another provider.
Getting startedFor a qualified project, the first call and the half-day assessment workshop — on site or by video — are free: nothing is invoiced before the project starts.
PriceThe exact price is set after the assessment, in a firm quote — not a range.

When a focused project is the right option, and when it is not

How does a focused project start?

For a qualified project, the first call and the half-day assessment workshop — on site or by video — are free: nothing is invoiced before the project starts. The method is the same as for a complete software, on a smaller scope: the method, step by step.

  1. 01

    A 30-minute call

Your situation, your tools and the problem to solve first. No commitment.

  2. 02

    The assessment workshop

Half a day, on site or by video: the real journey of a case, the tools used and the friction.

  3. 03

A firm quote, then the build

A firm price for the chosen format and scope, then a V1 in 1 to 2 months.

Frequently asked questions

Can we start with something smaller than a complete software?

Yes. C-Esium offers a focused project, from AED 40,000: a single module as a V1 (CRM, scheduling or quotes and invoicing), an AI connector to query your current tools from ChatGPT or Claude, automations between your tools, or a mobile app for field teams. You own the code, as with a complete software, and the project can later grow into a complete internal software.

How much does a focused project with C-Esium cost?

A focused project with C-Esium starts from AED 40,000 excluding VAT (from €10,000 for clients in France). The exact price depends on the format and the scope, and is set after the assessment, in a firm quote. For a qualified project, the first call and the half-day assessment workshop, on site or by video, are free: nothing is invoiced before the project starts.

Can a focused project grow into a complete internal software?

Yes. A focused project with C-Esium can later grow into a complete internal software, which starts from AED 200,000 excluding VAT (€50,000 in France). Because you own the code and it sits in a Git repository in your name, you can also have it evolved by another provider or in-house.

Will an AI connector or automations work with our current tools?

It depends on your tools: a connector or automations need access to their data, usually through an API or an export. If a tool offers neither, what can be connected may be limited. C-Esium checks this during the assessment, before the firm quote. The AI connector is read-only and every access is logged.

Do I own the software and its code?

Yes. With C-Esium, you own your software: the rights to the project source code are assigned to you by contract — including the building blocks we reuse from one project to the next — together with the database and the documentation, and the code is placed in a Git repository in your name at the latest on delivery. There is no per-user licence and no dependence on a software vendor: you can evolve the software with us, with another provider or in-house. Its accounting treatment is decided with your accountant.
